At SAU, we believe that food insecurity should not exist, least of all in the UK, the 6th biggest economy in the world. The “Table Initiative” is our way to address this. By partnering with charities and community projects, we hope to extend our table to those who need it the most.

Every purchase made helps SAU in our mission to transform food and communities through the power of spices. In London, we have partnered with The Felix Project who deliver surplus food to people facing food insecurity. SAU’s commitment to good causes like The Felix Project provides non-perishable spices that can be used to create nutritious meals with all the benefits that spices bring.
